Thank you for shopping with NuLenke. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made through Shopify.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping method selected
  • Package weight and dimensions

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Carriers

We may ship orders using carriers such as:

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping speed.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failure to collect the package

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost:

  1. Verify the shipping address
  2. Check around your delivery location
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly

We will do our best to assist with carrier claims when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Preorders & Backorders

If an item is marked as preorder or backorder:

  • Estimated shipping dates will be shown on the product page
  • Orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items are available
